Our extensive expertise in land development planning, engineering, and surveying allows us to coordinate across multiple disciplines to produce innovative designs that exceed expectations for our clients. Our Residential and Commercial specialists focus on projects ranging from a single lot to large scale mixed use developments. CPJ personnel work closely together with other consultants (Architects, M.E.P., etc.) to coordinate the various design components associated with commercial and residential projects.  In addition, our technical expertise allows us to confidently assess any situation and make a reliable recommendation for how to proceed.  The staff works closely with each Agency to keep them and all other stakeholders informed of job progress and to stay in touch with their needs.  CPJ has a wealth of experience working for private sector clients to meet their planning, civil engineering, and surveying needs.
