Mateny Hill in Germantown, Montgomery County is an infill development that overcame tremendous planning and construction challenges to create a striking community that also improves the surrounding neighborhoods. The community includes 44 new townhomes and one new single family home integrated with an existing single-family home, pedestrian paths to the nearby MARC station, and forest preservation on site. Great sensitivity was given to the surrounding homeowners and resulted in a community in which both residents and neighbors benefit.
