The Construction Manager (CM) plays a key role both during the Detailed Design and Construction Phases of projects. During the detailed design phase the Construction Manager gives input during project development and provides quality assurance by reviewing documents to ensure efficient and cost effective constructability. The CM becomes the lead manager assisting the client through the bidding, award and contract establishment process. Oversee construction contractors, manage construction contracts, and oversee inspection program.
Ensure Contractor and inspectors have complete final permitted set of Construction plans and any additional permits and authorizations.

Provide weekly construction reports to the Client(s) and CPJ Division Manager.
Review contractor invoices together with Construction Inspector to validate quantities and appropriate bid items.
Coordinate and negotiate all Change Orders and Time Extensions.
