Our Services
Confined Space Inspections
Evaluating infrastructure located in areas that are difficult or potentially hazardous to access due to limited entry or exit points. Because confined spaces can be hazardous, inspectors must follow strict safety protocols, including completion of a confined space permit, using gas detectors, specialized fall protection entry equipment, and personal protective gear, and working with a trained entry team that includes standby personnel and a rescue plan.
Stormwater Management Inspections
Evaluations conducted to ensure that stormwater systems, such as ponds, filters, underground vaults, hydrodynamic separators and other control structures, are functioning properly and in compliance with environmental regulations. These inspections are essential for protecting water quality, preventing flooding, and maintaining the integrity of infrastructure. They also provide valuable data that helps guide future improvements and long-term maintenance planning.
Construction Observation
Working directly with our design engineers, our inspectors ensure project are built according to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The goal is to verify that work is performed according to approved plans and specifications, ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, identify and report any deviations or issues during construction, and document progress while maintaining records for accountability.
Natural Resource Inventories
We work directly with our survey department to identify and document the environmental features of a sitesuch as wetlands, forests, streams, and wildlife habitats, before development begins. This information is then used by our engineers and planners to design projects that minimize ecological impact and comply with environmental regulations. By providing a clear picture of existing conditions, an NRI supports informed decision-making and sustainable land use.
