CPJ Announces New Division Manager for the Public Sector Design Department
Charles P. Johnson & Associates, Inc. welcomes Saifuddin Ahmed, PE, as Division Manager for the Public Sector Design Department. Mr. Saifuddin Ahmed joins CPJ as the new Division Manager of our Maryland Public Sector Design Department. Saifuddin brings over 25 years of experience in the civil, water resources and environmental engineering industry and holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering with a focus in water resources and environmental engineering. Saifuddin is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Maryland and is a certified Peer Reviewer for Site and Roadway Design for the Prince George’s County Department of the Environment.
CPJ Announces New Division Manager for the Fairfax, VA Surveys Department
Charles P. Johnson & Associates, Inc. is happy to announce that Sean Peiffer, L.S. joins CPJA as their new Surveys Division Manager in Fairfax, VA. Sean brings with him more than 18 years of experience in the land development community, including experience as a Land Surveyor and Fairfax County Site Plan Reviewer. Prior to joining CPJA, Sean was a Code Specialist III with Fairfax County Land Development services, working as a senior subject matter expert, reviewing complex land development applications, and mentoring junior staff. He also has extensive experience with lot grading plans in Fairfax County due to his time on the Residential Infill Development Team, and time spent reviewing lot grading plans with the Engineers and Surveyors Institute (ESI). Prior to working for the County, Sean spent over 12 years as a surveyor for Dewberry Consultants, LLC (now Dewberry Engineers Inc).
